About Us – Aesthetiqua

Sometimes something great begins with a clear vision. Björn Frey, an experienced physician in aesthetic medicine, and Roman Klefenz, a corporate lawyer with a focus on strategy, marketing, and digitalization, wanted to do more than just found a practice – they wanted to set new standards.

In the midst of their lives, both decided to step out of their secure professional routines and combine their expertise: medical excellence meets entrepreneurial clarity, legal know-how, and digital thinking. This combination is rare in the industry – and was the cornerstone for Aesthetiqua.

The two founders look back on shared years with Rhein Neckar Aesthetics and the Sklin Concept – valuable experience that flowed into the rebranding to Aesthetiqua in 2025. From the beginning, it was clear: quality is not a trend, but a standard. For our patients – and also for our team.

That’s also where the name comes from: Aesthetics meets Quality = Aesthetiqua

Because Aesthetiqua is not only a modern practice for aesthetic medicine but also a digitized work environment where processes are lean, efficient, and patient-friendly. For our doctors, we create a practice structure that enables medical work at the highest level – without unnecessary bureaucracy, but with a high degree of personal responsibility, development opportunities, and team spirit.

Today, Aesthetiqua is represented at several locations – and continues to grow steadily. What drives us is still the same idea as in the beginning: All-in for quality, for transparency, for real results. And for a new form of collaboration in healthcare.
