Receptionist (M/F/D) – Student job / mini-job

Location: Kaiserslautern

Your tasks

Welcoming and assisting our patients
Scheduling and coordinating appointments (by phone and on site)
Support with administrative tasks
Billing and maintaining patient data
Ensuring smooth operations at reception

What you bring

Friendly, service-oriented manner
Reliability and strong organizational skills
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Confident use of digital applications is an advantage
Initial experience in reception or customer service is a plus, but not required
